At its extreme this is a process from a blank sheet of paper through to management of tooling and batch build and test. Projects however are tailored to suit your requirements and we will clearly define, plan and cost the stages applicable in our (usually no fee), initial proposal document.

Case History:
Optos PLC is a successful business making state of the art retinal imaging systems. It is also one example where Crombie Anderson’s involvement in all aspects of start-up was fundamental to this major innovation in eye health.Crombie Anderson:

Other turnkey projects include:
- Small ROV developed to meet a target build cost. Design involved electronic design and mechanical engineering and was taken from initial concept through to working prototypes.
- Nd:YAG Welding Laser. Developed from day one to meet a challenging cost target. The work included innovative optical and electronic design.
- Marine power tool. Developed from initial idea through to batch production. Challenging mechanical design to work within hostile environment and sealed enclosure.
