Crombie Anderson employs a rigorous methodology when constructing project plans. We identify key milestones in the development lifecycle, and construct detailed programmes of work designed purely to reach these milestones and make it happen.

We assign resources to plans to obtain accurate forecasts of timescales and costs. Where we are forced to make budgetary estimates (typically where there are unknown outcomes), we will confirm budget estimates for the next phase on completion of the previous phase.

We have found that where companies do plan, the plan is usually not referred to once the budget has been secured.

If we have developed a plan for you, we will appoint a project manager, and keep the plan live to manage the project. The project manager is the common contact between your team and Crombie Anderson’s project team.
