Crewe Toll - Investment Brochure

Supporting the proposed asset sale of two large headquarter facility buildings in Crewe Toll, Edinburgh (leased entirely to BAE Systems Engineering Ltd), Crombie Anderson was commissioned to design develop a distinctive branding device to represent the two properties, and to produce a comprehensive prospectus document to profile their scope, location and investment potential to prospective investment organisations. A strong mix of dynamic photography combined with a clean graphic approach provided a confident delivery of the proposition. The heritable interest of both buildings was successfully transacted in a short timescale as a single sale.
