40 Princes Street
A key part of the overall marketing campaign to promote the letting of this new build office development on Princes Street - which included branding, website, CD Rom, mailers, display materials, etc., was the design of an effective letting brochure. The design solution was built around a 'connected' theme highlighting the buildings's excellent proximity to key factors such as transport links (bus, train, plane, taxi, car parking), the city centre business district, and the wealth of employee lifestyle facilities available. The theme was expanded using a mix of high quality photographs of the building in context to its location, aerial photography highlighting walking distances to key city centre features blended with a highly contemporary design treatment.
